Crop Top outfit!

So we were going out in search of a club in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and ended up going to a really expensive club where Martin Solveigwas dj-ing. It was AMAZING! 

Here's what I wore, I got a new crop top for holidays. It was only £10 or less (can't remember) as I caught it in the sale- do love a good bargain! However, I wish I had took a full pitcure of my outfit, as I wore cute little sandals from H&M and my shorts are Levi's.

High waisted shorts that I bought off ebay for so cheap! I cut a couple inches off them & frayed them abit. They sit comfortably as they're one size bigger so the belly fat doesn't go over an ill fitting waist!

I wore a light orange shirt with my outfit for walking about outside until we found a club.

Holidays 2012. Part one: Split, Croatia

Me and my boyfriend decided to go away for a week & a half to Croatia with a trip in the middle to Bosnia. I had the best time and was glad there was no quarrels (only when trying to be the navigator; we're both rather stubborn ha).

Took a day trip to Brac island from Split. Wanted to go to Hvar but sadly there were no more tickets left :(. Brac was not as populated nor touristy so it was peaceful!

Yup we went into the sea to cool off & swim!

Last night in Split before going to Mostar & Sarajevo!! Quite like my outfit here :)

The best things about Split was:

1. the ice-cream (some amazing flavours!!) 

2. cocktails. I fell in love with Mai Tai <3 

3. food (I love fish!) 

4. warm weather but sometimes it was too hot! Can be sorted by going into the sea though!

Don't know if I would go back but I certainly would visit Zagreb (the capital & largest city of Croatia), also I would go back to visit Hvar for the clubs as I never got to :(.

My night time routine!

First thing to take any makeup off:

*Superdrug Vitamin E skin care range- hot cloth cleanser. (Only sometimes use the hot cloth).

Followed by:

*Simple- clear skin oil balancing facial scrub

*Simple- pore minimising toning cleanser

*Body shop- seaweed clarifying night treatment

*Talika- eyebrow lipocils, eyebrow conditioning gel

*For any acne: Superdrugs: deep action anti-blemish gel

I swear by vitamin E products! Vitamin E is a powerful antioxident that protects skin against free environmental damage and premature aging by combating against free radicals. -Im all about combating free radicals (after learning about all the harmful effects from Home Economics at school). This product smells lovely & is moisturising!

I like Simple products because it has no perfume, colour or harsh chemicals to upset skin. This is my third tube of this stuff & is a gentle exfoliater containing witch hazel antibacterial so all good.

Gotta have a toner! It rids any last bit of make-up & this toner contains vitamins & minimises pores. 

I use this as a kind of moisturiser for sleeping- if my skin feels real dry I just use a simple vitamin E moisturiser. This is pretty expensive (like £12 in body shop I think) but I love it! This is my second bottle of it- it lasts for ages! Its a serum that feels light & lovely. It helps clarify oily/combination skin & I feel it helps my pores to produce less oil so in the mornings I feel fresh!

I started using this about 2 months ago now as I wanted to grow more & thicker eyebrows as mine were quite sparse and I couldn't get much of an arch without filling in gaps using my eyebrow set. This has worked to some extent I feel. Certainly I have grown more hairs & I feel that my hairs are alot thicker, so yey :) However this was quite expensive & from france :P ..it's got a cute mirror though!

If I ever have any acne- most times i just let my skin breathe abit more at night time rather than loading products over my spots. However if I have a big one coming & I feel I want to stop it, or make it go away quicker, I use this. Its a simple product from Superdrug- only £2-£3 and lasts for quite a while :)

So there ya go. My night time routine is quite established. Ask my pal Melissa, she knows the drill! :)

Sure hello! First blog yeo!
Just starting this new blog so heres a few words about me...Im joanne from Ireland, my parents are from Hong Kong & for the past 2 years I have been living & studying in Scotland!

Ive decided to create a blog cos its summer (altho not having much of a summer in Glasgow..rain rain rain!) and Im stuck inside the flat most days bored & you know when you don't get out of your pjs early enough in the day so theres no point in getting ready for trying to start a productive day?- cos you're only going to go back into them ready for bed?- You end up slumming it the WHOLE day watchin daytime telly & refreshing facebook. So I wanted to make something productive cos Ive had one (or two) blogs beofre and I never really get into it, or found time to post things. Hopefully I can learn new things from other blogs & share what little things come from my life!

Anyways, mostly I will go on about..beauty, health, fooooood, pets, travel, random ponders & thoughts. Just little things around my daily life!
